Artworks are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Next Day Special Delivery based on the size and value of your order. Charges are calculated at checkout.
EU & International Shipping
Currently orders are for UK only. If you would like to make a purchase and are based outside of the UK, please email me to discuss EU and International shipping options. Please note that any duties, custom charges and taxes on receipt of shipment to destinations outside of the UK will vary depending on country and payment of these is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Please note all artworks sold at Holly Goldsmith Woven Textiles are non - refundable. Please get in touch for any additional details, images, queries or information regarding artwork prior to purchasing.

Care Advice for Tapestries
Tapestries are intricately handwoven using a combination of delicate yarns including wool, cotton and silk. They should be handled gently to avoid sagging and misshaping of the handwoven structure.
Tapestries should not be washed, dry cleaned, ironed or steamed. Gently brush tapestry flat against wall with hand when hanging to even out the surface.
Hang away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.
Spare cotton yarn for hanging is included in your order. Please get in touch if you require additional hanging yarn.
